Design trends and technology
In the world of technology including website design, change happens at a fast pace. Our website redesign now sports some trendy new design elements. The main purpose for the changes however is more fundamental, that is, to be compatible with the massive changes in the underlying framework we use for our website. This redesign should keep us in good stead for years to come.
Preferred devices
The new design was created with mobile devices in mind particularly phones, but the website remains best viewed on desktop or laptop devices.
There are still issues with elements not lining up correctly (mobile and tablets), which will hopefully be addressed in the next month or so.
More work still to do
Putting together a new design based on new technology is a massive undertaking, which means there wasn’t time to complete everything and there is still more work to be done.
All the major work is complete and all the main content from the old design are present. Many pages still need my attention to update them to the new design, and update content.
Some links may not work, some pages are missing content, but I’ll continue work on these as time allows.
